Hardened mitts beat heavily upon the ground beneath him, random foliage being kicked up behind. Adrenaline pumped freely through his veins, the thuddering of his heart in his ears. In and out of trees he weaved, dodging this and that obstacle.
The brute was of ashen hue, his honey colored orbs light with amusement. He was clearly running from something, but what, no one could be sure. Tail flowed freely behind him as he pushed onwards the land rolling beneath his paws.

A rather large splash echoed across the bank and the brute all together disapeared, resurfacing seconds later. His shock quickly gave away to amusement once more and he snorted as he turned to face the bank from whence he had come.
They had stopped. Well good riddence to them as well.
Shaking the water from his eyes Kuano turned, honey gaze going to the land across the river, the scent of wolven floating freely to him. There was a pack here....
