Different colored eyes focused on the ground for several seconds and she moved along. The two ears on top of her head stood alert, and swivled every so often as she listened carefully around here. The sounds of others could be heard easily, but she wasn't as excited as you'd think she'd be. Past experiences weren't her best about situations like these, and this would probably be hard for her. She continued forward though, picking up her head. She would have some pride, not seem just completely weak and helpless as she entered the lands.
Getting closer, she prepared herself, her stride picking up a little, her head held high. She flicked her tail slightly, back and forth in a slow movement as she walked along. The trees passed by faster now, as she picked up speed once more. The voices loud now. Her eyes ran along all the other wolves she could see, all of them seemed basically bigger and stronger than her. She hated that, feeling so small around everyone. She couldn't help it though.
Letting out a quick bark, she looked down nervously, padding forward again. She was slowed down a lot more though, as her anxiety seemed to grow inside of her. She hated this, a lot.

Layla's lean snout was raised high.'great..pack valley' she thought silently. No motion left her body until she shuffled her nose about sniffing seeing how many there were.
'alot' ...her delicate paws found their footing slowly. She growled deep under breath, she doubted they would accept her. She had no other way she must reveal herself. There was no way around , only through. She howled a soft melody-like song her heart beating not wanting a battle.

The fae had no sooner stood, then a series of howls broke through the air. It was almost like a raging sea storm where one wave had been calmed only to be succeeded by yet another. However tired she had been, it was for the moment forgotten and the fae was happy to obligue to the call of her newly claimed terrain.
Muzzle was uplifted and jowls parted, a soft howl sliding forth, beckoning the others to her. At least everyone would get to see one anothers faces today, even if it was too many to remember.

Layla kept herself gathered and stood still like a dead posum. Her auds perked high, and muzzle opening to bare teeth. She ran quickly into a tree's shadow, she couldnt be in the open.
Her pelt swayed gentally in the breeze like long grass. She over came her beating heart and doubting thoughts.. If it was a pack she could become a member and not worry about this.. Unfornately it wasnt that easy for her. She wasnt shy, but well hidden and a rouge..

His gaze locking with hers, he smiled slightly knowing that soon they would have to discuss what had taken place this day. But now, it was time for rest. Standing, he looked at the assembly, now slowly dissapating, and with a sigh turned.
Only then did the air peal with the torrent of cries, wolves from every direction announcing their prescence, seemingly unphased by one another's calls. Turning back, he glanced quickly to Akani who then continued to raise her own maw. He in synch with her, called lightly, their combined cry a meaningless beacon that seemed to attract the wolves to the clanlands.

Onyx stepped out among the wolves, head and tail held low. His maw opened and uttered a second bark, then he took another step forwards. Perhaps if he could gain a position in this pack then it would be easier for his less sociable father.

Layla felt the bright sun switch to a dim light and heat. She quickly glanced over at the wolves which she could now see. She stepped out of the shadow revealing herself into the open. Her lean legs were build for speed, as well as her small padded feet. She wasnt much of a fighter considering she was fragile and small built. If anything she had the height and weight of a large coyte.
Layla padded towards the other wolven..'would they accept her?' She took study small steps, head bowed and auds limp.

Avix nodded kindly to the fae, a slightly 'thank you' escaping his vocals from under his breathe.
Unsure of where his paws should take him, he sat back on his haunches and examinded the territory for a few moments.

This unfornately was a very tragic moment for her, she had never been fully accepted into something 'not even with her mother.' Her tounge slung out of her mouth she hadn't had water or food for days now. Water looked mighty appealing to Layla because of the nights she spent dreaming about quenching her thirst. All that ran through her head right now was the grotesque thought of rejection.

Onyx padded up beside one of the wolves, a fae. He was unsure if she was a loner, or one of the pack. Her tongue was lolling out, which made it seem as if she had traveled for a long distance. His head dopped again, tail slowly wagging. "Have you come from a long ways off?" He asked, cocking his head in a manner entirely too puppish for his age.

Avix blinked a few times, the image of the place getting into his head. It was a lot more peaceful than anything he had seen in a while.
It had always been a 'come today, go tomorrow' sort of life for Avix. His mother died when he was just under one year old, leaving him to fend for himslef. He had never liked to stay in one place for a very long time, but not long ago he had realized that he couldn't run from his past forever, so he set out a search for a new home.

A wolf had crept upon her. Startled, she bared her teeth with a fierce grunt. She quickly changed her point of veiw of the wolf. "Sorry, you scared me.. Yes I have." she barked in a perfect melody. Now .. back to my adventure she thought briskfully.

Onyx stepped back calmly at the threat, but remained there as the fae relaxed. His head dropped a bit more. "Sorry..I din't realize... anyway." He apoligized softly, looking back at the other wolven. {Arg! Writer's block!}

"Are you a rouge also?" she asked quite casually. She licked her left, front paw and smoothed down her ruffled chest fur. "I am Layla Silverie By the way.." she introduced.
